Landsberg is a freelance video artist and director. He studied theater, film, and media studies in Cologne and Vienna. During his studies, he began collaborating with director Pınar Karabulut on new concepts that merge video and stage in theater. As a result of this collaboration, his projects were showcased at Schauspiel Köln, Volkstheater München, Volkstheater Wien, and Volksbühne Berlin. In 2021, in collaboration with Karabulut, he created the six-part theater web series "Edward II - Die Liebe bin ich" for the streaming portal of Schauspiel Köln, which gained international attention.
During the coronavirus pandemic, he worked with director Stefan Bachmann on a digital adaptation of Elfriede Jelinek's "Schwarzwasser" and Rafael Sanchez's "Stefko Hanuchevsky erzählt: DER GROSSE DIKTATOR" at Schauspiel Köln.
Together with Jacques Palminger, Erobique, and Yvon Jansen, he created the music video for their song "Nikotina Turner." His short film "Roots" was nominated for the German Newcomer Film Award in 2021.
Following their first joint project, "Jedermann ist Niemand und Niemand ist Jedermann," at the Staatstheater Darmstadt in 2023, "Parzival" marks the second collaboration between Landsberg and director Kieran Joel.
